Qualified with Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago in New Zealand in 1996. Post graduate qualifications include Diploma in Manipulative Therapy, credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (McKenzie Technique), post graduate certification in Acupuncture from the Physiotherapy Acupuncture Association of New Zealand (PAANZ).
Mike has lived in Canada since 2001 and owned Total Physiotherapy since 2003.
Graduated in 2015 with Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley.
Nate is originally from Houston, British Columbia and returned home to work as part of the Total Physiotherapy team in 2015.
Graduated in 2017 with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University in Queensland Australia, and in 2014 with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan. Previously worked as an outpatient musculoskeletal physiotherapist for NHS Scotland.
Nick is originally from Quesnel, British Columbia and joined the Total Physiotherapy team in 2019.
Graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia in 2023, and a Bachelor of Science, Major in Psychology from Vancouver Island University in 2019.
Taylor grew up in Houston, British Columbia and joined the Total Physiotherapy team at the end of 2023.
Certified with a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia in 2017. Post graduate qualifications include Anatomical Neuropathic IMS.
Isaac is born and raised in Smithers, British Columbia and currently resides in Victoria, BC. He has worked with Total Physiotherapy since 2018.
Graduated with Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy from Camosun College in 2013, and Master of Kinesiology in 2017 from University of Victoria.
Alli is originally from Campbell River, British Columbia and currently resides in Vancouver British Columbia. Alli has worked with Total Physiotherapy since 2023.
Studied Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland in Australia. Graduated in 2010.
Jared has lived in Canada and been part of the Total Physiotherapy team since 2012.
Graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of East London in England.
Matt is originally from Smithers, British Columbia and returned home to work as part of the Total Physiotherapy team in 2017.
The Medical Director of Total Medical is also General Practitioner living and co-running a multidisciplinary clinic in Victoria BC. He completed his medical degree in South Africa in 1998. Francois has a breadth of medical professional experience from inpatient and outpatient settings in South Africa, England and Canada.
Francois has previously worked as General Practitioner in Smithers, BC for 6 years and has been part of the Total Medical team since 2019.
Dr Marlene Muller is a Family Physician working in a multi-disciplinary clinic in Victoria, BC since 2007. She completed her Medical Degree in South Africa in 1996 and has lived and worked in South Africa, England and Canada. Marlene strives to give evidence based, kind and compassionate care to each of her patients.
Marlene has been proudly Canadian since 2001. Prior to her move to Victoria, Marlene worked in Smithers, BC as a Family Physician for six years.
Graduated from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand in 1992 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Commercial Law) and a Bachelor of Arts (Anthropology).
Johanna worked in various government departments in New Zealand before moving to Canada, settling in Telkwa, British Columbia in 2001. Has been a founding member of the Total Physiotherapy team since 2003.
